I’m Madi, a nutrition consultant and the architect behind For Each Season. My goal is to create a space where evidence-based nutrition meets practical living - all centered around the season of life you may find yourself in! With a bachelor’s in kinesiology, a master’s in human nutrition and functional medicine, and a personal training certification, I understand and have a deep passion for movement and nutrition! Each component of my background plays a pivotal role into how I approach the conversation of healthy living. Health is intertwined and individualistic; therefore, I approach nutrition through a holistic lens focusing on food and considering the other foundations of health - exercise, stress, and sleep - all while being guided by research.
